Which time Zone is used by Schedule publish date in kB article?

Hello Experts,
Can you please tell me in KB article we have schedule publish date field, which time zone is used by this field to publish a KB article?
Is it used system default time zone or author's time zone who modifying  the article.

It stores the schedule publish date and time value in UTC and displays them on the form considering user's time zone.

In ServiceNow, the Schedule Publish Date field for Knowledge Base (KB) articles uses the instance's system time zone (default time zone set for the instance).

In ServiceNow, the Schedule Publish Date field for Knowledge Base articles uses the instance’s system time zone (the default time zone set for the instance) to determine when the article will be published. This means it does not rely on the author’s time zone. This means it does not rely on the author’s time zone.
