Hi,
Why knowledge articles are not getting displayed in Service portal.
Its not a user criteria issue. I can able to see article in under Application navigator - Knowledge base.
But service portal end i cant see in under knowledge base my article.
But ServiceNow Developers/sp --- Not visible article. I need to visible article in sp side.
ServiceNow Developers/kb -- article visible.
In application navigator I can able to see one article and its showing article when i clicked on the article.
But same thing in SP side after clicked on article not showing the article. Kindly help us.

You can find the Published State here (in the Related List of Each Knowledge Base).
Make sure they are published:
Is the Valid To field of your article in the future?
On the Knowlegde Base Related List "Can Read", make sure, the user you are testing with, is assigned one of the given Roles:
Make sure, the KB is assigned to your Portal:
