Why Knowledge articles are not showing in Service portal Knowledge base

Hi,

Why knowledge articles are not getting displayed in Service portal.

Its not a user criteria issue. I can able to see article in under Application navigator - Knowledge base.

But service portal end i cant see in under knowledge base my article. 

But ServiceNow Developers/sp --- Not visible article. I need to visible article in sp side.

ServiceNow Developers/kb  -- article visible.

In application navigator I can able to see one article and its showing article when i clicked on the article.

But same thing in SP side after clicked on article not showing the article. Kindly help us.

Amazing! For the life of me, I can't understand why Portals is not a related link when you are setting up the Knowledge Base. Thanks Dirk for your walk through here!

article is published still not visible in sp.
