We’re excited to share the latest Contract Management Pro (CM Pro) updates for the Yokohama release! This release includes new features and enhancements designed to streamline your contract management processes and improve efficiency. 

Key Features 

• Use the Manage contract repository agentic workflow to automatically set milestone reminders for the notice period of contract renewals or termination of contract renewals.  

• Activate, configure, and customize the Now Assist contract analysis and contract metadata extraction skill for CM Pro in the Now Assist Admin console. 

• Enhanced signature workflow allows signatories to opt for wet signatures in electronic signature process,  

• Upload the contract document template directly from the Microsoft Word add-in for ServiceNow Contracts.

• Manage Contract Repository Agentic Workflow: This workflow retrieves contract details like renewal notice period, termination notice period, or auto-renewal clause information and determines the average lead time for similar contracts to create milestone reminders for the notice period of contract renewals or termination of contract renewals. • Wet Signature in Electronic Signature Workflow: The enhanced electronic signature workflow now allows signatories to complete the signature process using a wet signature instead of an electronic signature, providing greater flexibility. Click here for more information.
  

• Microsoft Word Add-in Enhancements: Users can now upload the contract document template directly from the Microsoft Word add-in for ServiceNow Contracts, log out using the Logout icon, and change the application scope to edit a contract template (visible only to administrators).
