We’re excited to share the latest Legal Service Delivery (LSD) updates for the Yokohama release! This release includes new features and enhancements designed to streamline your legal service delivery process and improve efficiency. 

 

Key Feature

  • Triage Legal Request agentic workflow automatically analyzes general legal requests, predicts the appropriate legal category, and initiate a transfer after confirmation from the legal fulfiller or group manager. This feature requires a license to Now Assist for each user.
