Attachment not visible on ESC portal but showing on backend

Hi All,
I am attaching a file on a catalog item and saving the form.
But when I am retrieving the record on esc through list layout I am not able to see attachment for that field .
The field is present in Form Layout.
Please provide the relevant solution.

what do you mean by list layout it's not visible
