Request details , attachments and activity tab not showing for user with "sn_lg_ops.legal_user" role

I am new to LSD suite in SNOW . All the users with "sn_lg_ops.legal_user" role are not able to see the activity , notes and attachment tab on service portal. Where as user with legal fulfiller role are able to see all the tabs on legal service portal ,
Has anyone faced this issue in LSD suite ? We are have installed only Legal Request management plugin for now .
