Multiple Journal Inputs and Lists

Hey there everyone, 
We all know the ServiceNow Journal Features, now imagine that but 4 times the amount of input fields and lists that all need to be shown and working independently from eachother. 

1. History 
2. Additional Comments

3. work notes

4. personal notes (the only actually new thing, just smth only the current user can see and write notes for himself)

 

Points 1-3 already exist but the customer would like their own section for each of it instead of the standard 1 section.

I did find this post https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/multiple-journal-input-fields-w-post-button-to-... but I was still wondering if theres really no way to make a new custom journal input and list field to use seperatly.

Forgot to add: Its in the LSD Forum because we are trying to implement that for Legal Req and Matter
