Unable to view reports on the landing page on workspace

For some users, i am getting the below error when i impersonate them - 

You do not have the required permissions to view this content. Access is restricted by the report_view ACL. Please contact your administrator for assistance 

I started facing this after the Australia upgrade. How can I mitigate this ?

Based on the information provided, I would say Australia may have introduced new ACLs that you need to look into. Having experienced this error myself before Australia, I needed to find the offending ACL in which Operation = report_view so I could see how it was configured and make a decision how to proceed from there. For me, that ended up being a modification to roles assigned to groups to ensure users had appropriate access.
