I'm happy to announce the steering committee met yesterday and established that we will meet monthly virtually as a group starting with Thursday July 23rd and then the "Third Thursday of each month" thereafter. Below are some notes with suggested topics, please chime in for more ideas.

Jan: Interested in sharing notes and experience on Validation on the system, Security/Encryption and storing information in the Cloud (encryption solution).
- Liz is happy to share Validation best practices, took a risk based pragmatic approach and leverages SN validation reports
Liz: StartNow, looking to open instance to project delivery across the board and how they are utilizing e-sigs to support. GRC module, how are pharmaceutical companies leveraging?
John: Common validation areas, start documenting common validation approaches. Scope application. Biometric, e-sig using the fingerprint feature using iPhone.
Becky: Implemented GRC from an IT standpoint.
Maya: Industry norm for sharing information info? Will try to come up w/ some principles on "collaborating compliantly". Also suggested adding link to Community site on all email communications.
Timeframe:
Small but more frequent gatherings (virtually once a month for an hour), third 11-12 Thursday every month. First presentation will be Liz on July 23rd.
