AI-Request categorization and routing addresses this challenge by leveraging Predictive Intelligence and Advanced Work Assignment to automatically categorize legal requests and assign them to the appropriate attorneys based on their availability, capacity, and skills. This use of machine learning ensures quicker, more accurate handling of legal requests, improving overall efficiency in the legal department. 

 

Microsoft Outlook integration

In order to boost fulfiller productivity and reduce manual work, organizations need to streamline how legal requests are handled via email. Without an integrated system, fulfillers spend excessive time manually processing requests from emails, leading to inefficiencies and a negative employee experience.

ServiceNow’s integration with Microsoft Outlook addresses this need by allowing fulfillers to manage legal requests more efficiently. With this integration, fulfillers can create and pre-populate legal requests directly from Outlook emails, add attachments with a simple drag-and-drop feature, and easily find related requests within the Outlook interface. This streamlined process saves time, reduces manual work, and allows fulfillers to focus on higher-priority tasks.

 

Contract Management Pro for Sales and Order Management

Creating a holistic experience that enables CPQ (configuring, pricing, quoting) professionals to work seamlessly with legal teams is essential for efficiently handling CPQ processes. Disjointed workflows between contract management and CPQ operations can lead to delays in realizing revenue and reduced productivity.

ServiceNow Contract Management Pro’s integration with Sales and Order Management embeds contract capabilities directly into the CPQ workstream. This integration streamlines configuring, pricing, and quoting processes while incorporating automated contract workflows, resulting in improved efficiency and a cohesive experience for both teams.

 

Microsoft Word add-in for signature blocks

Reducing the time spent manually editing contract templates is crucial to speeding up the contract process, especially when additional signers are required.

The new Word add-in for signature block setup simplifies this process by allowing contract fulfillers to create and customize signature blocks directly within contract templates. This tool enables the addition of tags such as external vs. internal signer, name, title, and date. Thus, making it easier for contract requestors and fulfillers to add additional signers directly within the document, ultimately saving time and improving efficiency.

 

Internal review framework

Contract fulfillers often require guidance from internal teams on various contract areas, necessitating an efficient framework for requesting reviews to streamline the contract process and reduce manual tasks.

This framework, as part of Contract Management Pro, minimizes manual work and accelerates contract review processes by allowing fulfillers to seamlessly initiate reviews from internal reviewers. Internal reviewers can accept or reject tasks, add comments to redlines, and track multiple reviews with their respective deadlines across various documents.
