Configuration and Implementation of Incident,Problem and Change Management modules in relation to MSP.

Hi All,

Can anyone share some inputs on what are the configuration and implementation practices to be taken or considered for Incident,Problem and Change Management Modules with relation to MSP.

Be sure to expose the Company field on the Incident, Problem, and Change forms.   When you specify Company, business rules will execute on save to set the domain of the record based on the Company's domain.   These business rules are defined at the Task table, so the logic works for the primary ITSM Tables.



There should never be a case where you expose the Domain field on a form for users.
