We have a a requirement to send a link to external end-users but unfortunately the link doesn't work for external end-users as it does not contain a client's SSO info in the link. i.e. /login_with_sso.do?glide_sso_id=sys_id
Permalink ex: https://lvs1.service-now.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0012299
Is there a way to build out the permalink to contain the glide sso info so that external users can utilize the permalink feature?
