Greetings ServiceNow Community,
As I'm exploring options for upgrading my workstation, I'm particularly interested in understanding the compatibility of ServiceNow applications with Intel Core i7 laptops. While ServiceNow is known for its robustness and versatility, I want to ensure a seamless experience on my chosen hardware.
My primary concern is compatibility: Are all ServiceNow applications fully compatible with Intel Core i7 laptops, or are there potential challenges I should be aware of?
To shed light on this matter, I'd like to hear from fellow community members who have firsthand experience with ServiceNow applications on Intel Core i7 laptops:
Have you encountered any compatibility issues while running ServiceNow applications on your Intel Core i7 laptop?
Are there specific Intel Core i7 laptop models or configurations that have shown exceptional compatibility with ServiceNow applications?
What hardware specifications (e.g., RAM, storage, etc.) should I prioritize to ensure optimal performance with ServiceNow on an Intel Core i7 laptop?
Are there any known limitations or considerations I should keep in mind when selecting an Intel Core i7 laptop for running ServiceNow applications?
Your insights, experiences, and recommendations will greatly assist me in making an informed decision about my hardware upgrade. I want to ensure that the Intel Core i7 laptop I choose not only meets my current needs but also provides a reliable platform for utilizing ServiceNow applications effectively.
Thank you in advance for sharing your expertise and insights!
Best regards,

Hi @emilyawalker123 - because ServiceNow is a browser-based/Plaform-as-a-Service solution, there are no compatability issues with any laptop hardware.

Its a cloud based platform which is accessible through browser.
To the best of my knowledge, we don't have dependency on any engine or processor, as soon good your hardware is you total performance will be as good as that, so does your experience with servicenow app.
