I' d like to ask how we can use Mobile with OTM.

just approve requests?? or just scan barcode attached to assset??

If you you have any idea then let me know!!

if you know actual use case, it's gonna be great!

Hi Kosuke,

You mentioned two popular ones.  Customers leverage MS Teams integration too to route OT incident assignments or change requests when the engineer does not have access to a PC.  Look for a new OT product very soon called industrial connected worker.  This will expand those mobile use cases to checklists, calibration procedures, device onboarding and more.
