How to get the value over threshold by flow designer

I have a question about MetricBase Trigger.

We made Trigger and flow for the Trigger.

We are just wondering how to set the value over the trigger on email by Flow Designer.

I attached an excel file.

Any suggestion, that would be so helpful.
