Hi there,

We are all just random community members and don't have any insights on how and what regarding PDIs.

There was a Datacentre migration happening, though that announcement and message on the right on the community have been removed ?yesterday? so guess that's not the issue.

Regarding the issue itself, its like others will also mention:
- Wait
OR
- Request a new PDI

PDIs simply come without any support and can get offline or even gone without any notice. So always backup your work and only use PDIs for what they are intended for.

Kind regards,

Hi @Priyanka_30

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
  2. if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.

Hello @Priyanka_30

This is generic issue now a days.

Unfortunately, no one can help you with this. Only thing you can do, 1) wait and hope the PDI comes online, as datacenter migration is going on which was highlighted by servicenow 2) release the instance and request a new one.
These free PDIs come without any support. My only suggestion is to always backup your work and use a PDI only for how it is intended.
