Custom grouping results

I was hoping for some guidance on a reporting matter...

My report returns a list of computer assets by "assign to" user's country, so UK, US, Denmark, Thailand etc.

How do we manually / custom group the output, e.g. have the counts for UK and Denmark reported as one figure?

How to aggregate results into custom groups?

So instead of individual countries Germany = 2, Italy = 2, Denmark = 1, report would show Region A = 5.

Or for Austria = 1, Sweden =1, to show instead as Region B = 2
