How can I modify the list view in a section within a record in workspace?

Hi all! I need to modify the list view in a section within a record in workspace. The problem is that this view is the default view and is shared with other spaces, so I need to create a new view. I want to know how I can set up the view in the Asset tab within the Purchase Orders record in Workspace, so that it changes from the default view to the new one I need to create.

Hi @Community Alums 

Primarily, views are created to display different forms for different users. In your case, you can create a view, add the required fields, and display only the necessary tab.

However, I doubt that conditions can be applied while building a view. Out of the box (OOTB), there is no conditional operator available for views. You may try using a view rule to see if it helps.
