How to form URL for a project in Project Workspace?

Hello SPM experts,

I need to form a URL for a project (I have the sys_id) but this should open in Project Workspace and not in the classic UI for the project.

I used the URL for an existing project hoping to replace the sys_id in the program however it does not open correctly

The following is the URL i am forming in the program which gives the above page (does not load the left menu)

https://<instance name>.service-now.com/now/workspace/project/home/sub/record/pm_project/77c63c7ac3051e101f874f45df0131bf/params/record-status/1

I realized a unique behaviour.

First open any random project manually from project workspace homepage and then open the same URL you built. It starts to work.

But if you open your url in different instance or next session directly without opening any project first from homepage it shows the error.
