Hello All,
I'm woking on the Virtaul agent configuration for one of my client and in the is slight difference in the option that I'm w.r.t. my PDI.
Inside Conversation Interface> Setting is the option to get VA setup option which I can see in PDI but not in the customer instance. Though I have not insatlled any plugin in my PDI.
