How to show column's name on a reference variable field.

Hi,
I have the a reference variable field on my catalog item. I used the ac_ref_columns attribute in order to show specific columns when searching values, the problem is that the users cant see the columns name, just the values.
How can I add the column name in addition to the values.

@Alon Grod , open the field and navigate to annotation and select help text and always expanded

That's the default behavior.
I won't suggest to use any way to show the column names as it might not be a good user experience
