I'm currently running into an issue with a VA topic I am working on involving the contextual search. If you type in a certain phrase (in this case, "printer doesn't turn on"), the virtual agent asks if they'd like to change their answer to a previous question instead of running the contextual search with that query. Specifically, it says: "You'd like to change *question name in script* to Printer doesn't turn on, correct?" The component used is just a text query, and conversation switching is turned off for that component. The phrase is similar an answer to a question that is asked earlier in the flow, but it is still very confusing to prompt a new question using a user's response for a different one. Can this functionality be disabled when the user is typing in a text response?
