Hi All,

 

I try to solve the Lab 4.0 from On-demand Course - Virtual Agent Implementation, but when I open Virtual Agent > Designer , it never loaded, see printscreen:

How Can I solve the problem?

Hi @igorgavrilov,

 

this happens here and there, try to log out, clear your browser's cache and re-log in again.. eventually try another browser or incognito mode..

 

That should be enough to access it.

 

PS: is it Edge? If so, then I would encourage you to use any other browser if you have the chance...

Hi @igorgavrilov 

Try to repair the Plugin in the lab instance and check, or try clearing the cache.
