what is the lead time the change is considering to reflect as Low risk.
(Because i have noticed, when the change submitted time nearer to planned start window then risk gets changed from Low to High) , hence need to know this dependency as well.

Hi @PadminiY

Out-of-the-box, it is set to 3 days, meaning a change raised 3 days before the planned start is considered low risk due to the lead time.

Hi @PadminiY ,

You can Navigate to All > Change > Administration > Risk Conditions, open the required Risk condition to validate what is the condition used to display the risk as Low/High Risk.

For example :

Here, look at the condition which is considering the "planned start date".
