Can we use CMDB to store/track Service Accounts and link them to the Applications.
The goal is when we decommission an Application, the Service Accounts will eventually automate the attestations, expiry, etc.

We track SSL certificates and Domain Registrations, we would like to track the Service Accounts as well.

Sure! If you have a use case and want to apply configuration management policies to it, then use the CMDB. There isn't a class available OOB, but you can create one without inccuring a charge
