Call for Content, Speakers and Hosts for the next 2026 Minnesota SNUG Live!

Hello Minnesota Community!!

We're excited to share that planning is officially underway for the next Minnesota ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) Live! With our event sponsor already secured, we're ready to start building an engaging and impactful experience for the Minnesota ServiceNow community.

We're looking for customers and community members interested in sharing their experiences, insights, and success stories. Have a transformation journey, AI innovation, implementation lesson learned, governance strategy, or platform best practice to showcase? We'd love to hear from you.

We're also interested in identifying organizations interested in hosting our 2026 Minnesota SNUG Live event. Hosting is a great opportunity to connect with the local community and help foster collaboration across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Whether you're a seasoned presenter or sharing your story for the first time, SNUG provides a welcoming forum to learn from peers, exchange ideas, and celebrate innovation.

Is there any documentation about what is required to host? Do we need to provide an office building, is there a budget, etc? How can we convince our peers/boss that it's a good idea?

Yes, we have a Participation Guide, which I have attached here, that explains it all.

But to summarize, for the SNUG Lives, ServiceNow takes care of all the costs and logistics. What we are looking for is a large space that can hold roughly 80 - 100, with AV Features for presentations, sound and WiFi. We will also need it to be approved to have food and beverages onsite as well. 

As for why host, it's a great way to show leadership in the Community, and connect with other ServiceNow customers. It also spotlights your company in the area, and if willing to present as well, share your story of your journey with ServiceNow.
