A couple people have asked (yes Susan, I'm talking about you), what the different submissions were for the Innovation award.
Thanks to Google Alerts (I'm using a couple different ones because "Service Now" tends to return a lot of results), I've found a list of the finalists, and the winner, so here are the submissions from Plexus, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, and Progress Energy's entries:
