A large number of virtual users and friends in the industry have noted that they'd like a way to vote on suggestions, see what's coming in Service-Now and get their input out there for digestion/discussion.
To facilitate and give users a voice, and get Service-Now the feedback and suggestions they want, I've setup a forums here:

The site allows you to create suggestions and features, vote on the suggestions etc.
This is a trial, to gauge the community's actual interest, get some information out there, and see how we can throw our weight against some suggestions.
If you have questions or suggestions, or just want to get involved, let me know! The site has some great features but most are disabled unless we upgrade to a paid plan.
