I was looking and it's not clear when/where the next SNUG is.

Nope! That's a separate event, specific to HR Service Delivery. We encourage any IT, HR or Shared Services professionals to attend.
As I mentioned in my other post, the SNUG will be on Thursday, December 7. More details to come soon!
