Q&A during live broadcast:
Q: What is MAM intune policy
A: MAM stands for Mobile Application Management. This allows your company to add security policy on the app instead of the device. MAM Intune policy is Microsoft version.
Q: Is that 5 minute rule configurable for pincode sys property?
A: 5 minute is not configurable today but something we are looking into for future releases
Q: Why do we have to use Global scope for mobile system properties?
A: There are some fields that get hidden if you are in other scopes so we recommend using global scope when creating your mobile sys properties
Q: In mobile devices we can block sharing the data to others via WhatsApp / Emails etc.?
A: ServiceNow Data Loss Prevention (DLP) can prevent sharing of data to 3rd party apps.
