Hello,
The out of the box 'Browse' Knowledge applet shows categories from different knowledge bases all mixed up. In my opinion, it is confusing to the user if there are multiple knowledge bases. Providing the user, abillity to choose knowledge base requires additional costumisation.
In this lab, you will create and modify what is needed to enable the final user knowledge base selection.
Best regards,
Joao.

Hi Joao,
thanks for the great guide! I actually have to do exactly the same thing at the moment so this comes in handy.
One question: on which releases did you develop/test this? Do you know if it works on Orlando flawlessly?
Best regards,
Janos

Hi @Janos
Your welcome! I tested both in Quebec and Orlando and it works fine.
Best regards,
Joao.

Do you still have this guide? I don't see any attachments or details on how you accomplished this.
We're looking to have our mobile app start with the knowledge bases and am looking for a little bit of guidance on how to accomplish just that.

Hello @Matthew Glenn
I still have it. Not sure why I cannot attach it to my answer. Can you provide me your email through a private message?
Best regards,
Joao.
