Mobile Publishing
In order to brand the ServiceNow mobile app with your corporate identity, ServiceNow will build a custom app using your assets like icon, app name, splash screen, and color theme. Due to Apple's policy, the custom app will be distributed through Apple's business-to-business program and as a result, you will need to set up an Apple Business Manager account.
This article will show you how and provide what information ServiceNow will require.
Step 1:
Create a free ABM account (https://business.apple.com/). Customer will need their corporate DUNS number.
Step 2:
Provide ServiceNow your ABM's organization name and ID.
- Click on Settings -> Enrollment Information
- Copy information in "Organization Info".
*Pro-tip: By default, "Custom Apps" is disabled. Make sure to toggle and enable such that your branded app will appear in your ABM account.
Once ServiceNow creates your branded app and Apple approves it (10-15 business days), the app will show up on the customer’s Apple Business Manager account under “Custom Apps”.
