You requested a branded app using ServiceNow Mobile publishing and it's finally available on your Apple Business Manager account. The next step is to get the app into your MDM application catalog. In this article, it will show you "how" using Intune as an example, however, the concept is standard and can be applied to any MDM platform.
Prerequisites:

Have an Apple Business Manager account

Have a Microsoft Intune account

Successfully requested a branded iOS app using ServiceNow Mobile publishing
Step 1: Get your VPP token

Log in to your Apple Business Manager account (https://business.apple.com/)

Go to Settings->Apps and Books

Under My Server Token, click on Download and save it on your computer.
Step 2: Register your Apple VPP Token

Log in to Intune account (https://endpoint.microsoft.com/)

On the side-menu, go to Tenant administration->Connectors and tokens->Apple VPP Tokens

Click on Create and you'll see 3 input fields

Token Name. Describe the name of the token. For example, "Mobile Publishing - Intune"

Apple ID. Use a user with administrator role from your Apple Business Manager account.

VPP token file. Upload your .vpptoken file that you downloaded in Step 1.

Step 3: Get licenses of your branded app

Log in to your Apple Business Manager account (https://business.apple.com/)

Go to Custom Apps->Select your branded app

In Buy Licenses, select "Managed" for License Type, your company for Assign to, and provide a quantity (max 25K per week)
Step 4: Sync token and your branded app will appear

Log in to Intune account (https://endpoint.microsoft.com/)

On the side-menu, go to Tenant administration->Connectors and tokens->Apple VPP Tokens

Select your token then scroll to the far right of the row and click on the "..." and click on "Sync"
4. Go to Apps->All apps and your branded app will appear.
