Activity sets are not visible on now mobile app

Hello Everyone,


Activity sets are not visible on now mobile app for new employee. Activity sets are related to tasks for onboarding employee. Please help with configuration.

To address the issue of activity sets not being visible on the ServiceNow mobile app for new employees, you'll need to ensure that the configurations and permissions are properly set up in the ServiceNow platform:

 

1. Verify Mobile App Configuration

Go to Mobile Studio: Now Mobile App > Mobile Studio.

Check Activity Sets: Ensure they are included in the mobile app configuration.

 

2. Check User Roles and Permissions

Go to Users: User Administration > Users.

Select New Employee: Open their record.

Verify Roles: Ensure necessary roles are assigned.

 

3. Validate Activity Set Configuration

Go to Activity Sets: Onboarding > Activity Sets.

Check Assignments: Ensure activity sets are assigned to new employees correctly.

 

4. Test Mobile App Functionality

Log In to Mobile App: Use new employee's credentials.

Check Onboarding Section: Ensure activity sets are visible.

 

5. Review and Debug Logs

Go to System Logs: System Logs > All.

Check for Errors: Look for any relevant errors or warnings.
