I've created my first Mobile app and I can't get a UI Rule to work and I don't know why.
On my input form, I have a choice field for the type of hardware audit - Location or Stockroom (drop-down with None). Depending on which is selected, then the Location or Stockroom reference field should be visible and mandatory.
I created an OnLoad UI Rule to hide both the Location and Stockroom and it works just fine (order = 100).
However, the OnChange UI Rule to make the Stockroom (or Location field) field mandatory (order = 110) doesn't work. If I don't add a condition, it works, if I add a condition it doesn't work.
My assumption is it has something to do with the condition field. To test that assumption, I removed all UI Rules and created an OnChange UI Rule for the Stockroom to make it mandatory without any condition, which worked fine. However, as soon as I add a condition, it no longer works.
I haven't found any instructions or videos on how to properly create a condition and my guess is that is the issue.
I've created hundreds of UI Policies and the Mobile UI Rules seem to work the same way, but I'm at a loss as to why this doesn't work and am hoping someone can help me.
