Asset Tag field is missing in receiving asset on a PO on Mobile Agent after Xanadu to Zurich

Hi,

After updating to Zurich we notice that in the ITSM Mobile Agent applicatioin, this field we've been using for years is missing.

I was not part of the original setup nor am I a developer but....

We have this asset tag field along with Serial number so when we scan the items from a PO they create easily.  After upgrading, the Asset tag field is gone.

I have no idea where to find this to bring it back, any ideas?

This seems to be a known issue which is probably happening due to version mismatch/ plugin issue

There is a Mobile UI rule that is hiding the Asset tag field and the mac field, and I haven't found out why this script was implemented and what its purpose is.  To view the script and temporarily deactivate it go to, All > Mobile App Builder > search for or scroll to IT Asset Management Mobile > Function > Receive.  In our instance we have two files titled Receive and so if you have more than one Receive file open each until you find the UI rule that is hiding the Asset Tag field.  I deactivated ours so we can receive while I research why this UI rule was implemented, and what is driving it. I've scoured every inch of documentation and can't find anything that drives this and so If anyone has any information on what drives this Mobile UI to be hidden I would be very interested in hearing about it.
