Asset Tag field is missing in receiving asset on a PO on Mobile Agent after Xanadu to Zurich

Hi,

 

After updating to Zurich we notice that in the ITSM Mobile Agent applicatioin, this field we've been using for years is missing.

 

I was not part of the original setup nor am I a developer but....

 

We have this asset tag field along with Serial number so when we scan the items from a PO they create easily.  After upgrading, the Asset tag field is gone.

 

I have no idea where to find this to bring it back, any ideas?

This seems to be a known issue which is probably happening due to version mismatch/ plugin issue 

 

As per following post , re install the plugin and try again:
