Missing functionality for Assets in Agent Mobile app

Hi

I am trying to look into assets on my PDI for the Agent Mobile app. I have activated the required plugins, such as 'Asset Management for mobile' (sn_me_assets) - Here it also states, that I should activate 'com.glide.mobile-employee' but I cannot find this plugin when searching for it, neither in the instance or the servicenow store (it is called "ServiceNow NowMobile App Screens and Applet Launcher").

I have activated 'Asset Receiving Mobile' (com.sn_itam_mobile) and 'Procurement' as well (com.snc.procurement). The Asset Management plugin is activated as well.

On the ServiceNow Docs, it appears it should look like this:
find_real_file.png

In my app, it looks like this:
find_real_file.png

It looks very barebone and I thought more would be ready OOTB. Am I missing a plugin somewhere? I can't find anything helpful in the documentation that can help me on the way.

So I am a bit of a loss, as to why this looks so very different from in the docs. Any help / input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

//Jesper

I see that Rameswar has answered part of the question in this thread: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=ed901861dbe74dd0fd8d2b691396...

I see that perhaps this app on the Store can be the solution: 'Asset Management for mobile'

https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/fe12f0f077232300454792718a1061...

It seems to occur an subscription. Can it be activated on a demo instance somehow, just to test it out, without incurring the fee?
It would be really great to just have on a PDI

Hey Jesper, It looks like this community thread has a link to a video that talks about how you can get the store apps on a PDI:

It appears that a dev instance entitlement can help you achieve your requirement.

Quick disclaimer, I haven't tried this from my side, but the video seems promising. Do let us know if this helps. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. ServiceNow's documentation (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-it-service-management/page/product/asset-management/concept/agent-mobile-asset.html#agent-mobile-asset) indicates "Create Asset" and "Lookup asset" functions should exist under ITSM Mobile Agent. There is no mention of other plugins to install to actually get this functionality. I have no problem installing other plugins on my PDI, I just need to know what plugins to install and why ServiceNow can't just clearly state that in their documentation. Seriously, why can't they just tell us that instead of having to waste hours digging through other plugins that may or may not have those functions.
