Banner images of child topics are being cropped in Now mobile app

I am facing issue with banner images of child topics in Now mobile app. It is not resizing like parent topics but getting cropped eating full screen of the phone and even short description is coming in vertical order in 2 columns. It is working fine EC portal both in desktop view and mobile view but not in Now mobile app. Also, the parent topic's banner images behaving same way when we return to parent topic from child topic. Any help would be much appreciated.
