ServiceNow Mobile app remove P5-P3 notifications.

My team here is constantly paged by the Servicenow app with hundreds of notification via SMS for every priority level within our org. 

 

How the heck do we only get notified for P1 and P2 Incidents?

You need to update the 'when to run' notification condition in which the push notification is added.

Or you can we one thing after adding this, you need to check the user's notification setting should be active, for that you need to go to the profile and then preferences and the notification and check true.
