Catalog Items images not copied during clone of prod to subprod

Anyone had an issue with catalog item images of the type .IIX files (not large...for example 443 KB) not copied to subprod during clone of production to subprod?

This is an issue with cloning. ServiceNow Team can help you resolve this by restarting the Nodes.
