Hi
We are on Newyork version and trying to include the Delegates functionality in the Agent Mobile app. Like the native app, this should provide the ability for the user to set their delegates while they are out of office.
I created a new Scoped Application, an applet Launcher, an applet and data items to show the List of delegates. The listing works as expected, but when I try to create a new entry or edit existing entry, it shows a message "Could not execute the action" in red.
Not able to able to figure out how to debug the errors or messages shown on mobile app. Any assistance with the error or debugging will really help.
To add, there are no errors in the System or Application Logs. Attached is the screenshot of the error displayed.
Thanks
Saumya

Hi Dawid
Yes managed to resolve it recently with ServiceNow's help.
In Table definition(sys_db_object), look for for 'Delegate', in the Application action section enable the 'Can Update' and 'Can Create' options.
Thanks

Hi Mohit
The link works well for Classic UI. I am using the Agent App which is a native app. $m.do works only for the Classic UI.
Thanks
