Fetch Details of scanned barcode from CI table

Hi All,

I don't have any experience in Mobile App Building, hence a detailed explanations would really help me.

I want to have a option here, which will open Input Screen, with a barcode scanner field.

User will scan it(barcode is having Serial Number as text), and click on button submit and it should fetch the record from CMDB to update the value.

I have already seen similar thing in a post, but unable to replicate it.
