Help Center on Now Mobile is blank

I'm setting up Mobile for the first time. We have stayed relatively out of the box. I just install the mobile plugins for ITSM. When I open Now Mobile and go to help center icon the page it blank. Any idea why it is not working like it does when I connect to my PDI?

Hi Brian,

 

make sure to add the correct taxonomy under "Service Portal"->"Portals"->"Mobile Employee Service Portal".

 

If you cloned the OOB taxonomy and deactivated it, then the "Help Center" screen will be empty.

It looks like we have what is out of the box.

I think I see the problem. We are not using the technology catalog. I'm a little confused on how this works however. It looks like you have to create a connection for every single catalog item.

Ok so I got the taxonomy setup and it is working. However, I still seem to be missing the section in the help center like Recommended for you and Popular topics.
