Hi, Now mobile home page launcher should redirect users to esc portal

Hi all,

I want homepage existing applet launcher to redirect to ESC portal, so when user login to now mobile app, he directly see portal page (on click of home button)

at the moment homepage shows as below(attached image)

how can i achieve it..
i have followed below community post , but i am unable to figure out

Hi @soumya17 just curious if you have found a solution for this, I am also looking for the same, where when user open the now mobile it will open the esc portal directly.

can you please provide the business objective of this why you want to do ?

is it business requirement that you can only redirect to the esc portal when we click on the home tab

• Create a Screen Tab instead of a Launcher Tab(Mobile Web Screen not supported directly on the luncher you need to create section inside it and then you need to use it).
• Within the Screen Tab, create a Mobile Web Screen that redirects users to the ESC Portal.
• If using a Launcher Tab, direct redirection is not possible. You need to create a Section inside the Launcher Tab and configure a Destination Screen (Web Screen) within that section.
• Therefore, the Launcher Tab approach is a two-step configuration:
  Launcher Tab → Section → Web Screen → ESC Portal

If you don't mind, can you please elaborate little more. I am little confused with the above steps. I would like to follow simple and best approach. The attached images are not clear as well.

My main goal is to redirect to the ESC portal as soon as the user open the now mobile.
