How to add details on RITM details on Request level approval

Hello Team,

Need your help,
Can anyone advise on how to display RITM details at the request-level approval? Currently, it appears like this

I don't think you can show as REQ is parent and RITM is child.

There is no field on REQ which holds reference to RITM and hence you cannot dot walk and bring anything.

May be you can try to use some custom logic and screen etc along with scripting.
