How to customize Now Mobile App's Activity Stream to anonymize Agent names

Hi, I want to anonymize/replace agent names in acitivity streams for non-itil end-users of the ESC Portal and the Now Mobile app.
The raw data like the created_by field in the sys_journal_field table must not get replaced because agents with itil role should still see the names in service operations workspace.
For the ESC portal we cloned and updated the Ticket Conversations widget and replaced the agent name for comments and other acitity types. This works fine.
Now Mobile shows the Agent name and I just can't find any record in the mobile app builder to customize accordantly.
Any suggestions how can we can anonymize/replace names in the displayed activity stream in the Now Mobile app?

For the portal we adjusted the Widget and for email notifications we added some code to the mail script.
But no solution for the Now Mobile app, yet.
