We have an old instance thats been around since Dublin/Eureka and i have a hard time finding all the login scripts that redirects users during the login process. We have a request for some users that if they use MFA to be redirected to the serviceportal but today those users are redirected to internal UI even if they dont have an ITIL role.
I think the problem is that we have old login scripts from the cms portal that trigger as well as new scripts that trigger and this causes some issues. I need help to identify where these scripts might be located.

Hello Simon -
Potentially, you can find this in SPEntryPage Script Include or GlobalUIscripts or Legacy CMS Portal Scripts.
Since your instance dates back to Dublin/Eureka, there might be legacy CMS portal scripts that are still in use and causing conflicts with newer scripts. These scripts might be located in the Portal > CMS > Includes section or in custom directories.
I think reviewing this SPEntryPage Script Include will help you
