I have created a quick action which calls a function to create a new incident, we would like to get a similar functionality as in the platform, for example, if I select a specific service that the short description field is filled with certain information.
We would like to know if the Client Scripts can work for this type of interfaces or if we can configure something inside the function to have a similar functionality, thanks.

Client scripts won't run in the agent and now mobile apps. (except for Catalog items which will have same behavior as in service portal)
