Mapped fields not showing on Card Template

Hello all,

I'm configuring a card template and upon adding a Text element and selecting 'Field Value' for it's Field Type the Mapped Field is not showing up. Upon researching I've noticed that Field Type should be showing as a Multiple choice instead of an Dropdown. Do you have any solution in regards to this issue?
For any more info needed feel free to ask.

Did you ever find a solution for this? I have been running into a lot of inconsistences in my Mobile App Builder when trying to map specific fields, dot walking certain fields, and even just displaying static text. I have my plugins up to date, am admin, tried in a scope and Globally, and updated my app.
